Starting as Web Developer
I graduated in Biomedical Engineering in 2017. What does this course of study have to do with what I do now? Anything. At first it was difficult to start all over again, I felt like I didn't know anything about anything. I have never stopped reading, trying, training. Online courses, YouTube videos, it seemed to me that the things to learn never end.
I attended a Web Design course at the MIND Academy in Padua, which gave me the basics to learn HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
I found a job as a web developer: I was in charge of creating websites, ecommerce, I learned the basics of programming a mobile app.

The change towards UI & UX
I got to a point in my work where in addition to dealing with web development, I was designing the graphic mockups of these sites and apps. At that moment I realized that I wanted to specialize in the field of UI and UX Design.
Now I work as a freelance with a fantastic Team of designers. I keep learning, and I keep having the usual fear of not knowing anything. But at the same time I came to the realization that there will always be something more to know. The important thing is to have the desire to move and not stay still.

Im a Product Designer with over five years of experience and over the course of my career, I have designed and developed mobile and web apps, websites, and contributed to the creation of lots of design systems.
Thanks to my engineering background, I ensure that my designs are built on solid information architectures, clean and logical interfaces, delivering seamless user experiences. Back in time I also developed mobile apps so for me the mobile first approach has always been a point of reference designing interfaces both from the point of view of a developer and a designer

others curiosities
I'm a morning person and despite what it's been said about smart working I don't work from my bed.To the fixed 8 hours in the office I prefer flexible schedules that increase my productivity. I'm a curious person by nature, I love exploring new destinations and cultures through travel. This curiosity extends to my professional life as well.
I love cooking: it allows me to explore my creativity in the kitchen and experiment with different flavors and cuisines. I mostly love to cook delicious meals for others. If I'm home alone I can eat just a can of tuna. Reading is another interest of mine, when I have enough eyes to do that after a day in front of a screen. I play soccer in a team, i love the competition, the team work since i was little. I just started to do yoga.
